In the first match of the two-Test series against Bangladesh, held in Chennai, Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bowl first. Indian fans were eagerly waiting to see Virat Kohli bat, but unfortunately, he got out quickly. Kohli scored just 6 runs before playing a poor shot and getting dismissed by Hasan Mahmud. After his dismissal, Indian captain Rohit Sharma, sitting in the dressing room, looked disappointed. The video of his reaction has now gone viral on social media.

India started their innings with openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rohit Sharma, but young Bangladesh pacer Hasan Mahmud shook India’s batting lineup by taking three quick wickets.
This Test, being played on the red-soil pitch of Chennai’s Chepauk Stadium, marks the start of India’s international home season. India is currently at the top of the World Test Championship points table, while Bangladesh is in fourth place.
